The sister and I came up with a yummy quick dinner a few weeks ago and I made a little repeat the other night. You can really leave out any ingredients that you don’t like or add more-skys the limit people.
Greek Pita Pizza
2 whole wheat pitas
2 tbsp Italian or Greek salad dressing
1/4 cup crumbled feta
1/4 cup chopped grilled chicken
10 Greek olives chopped
A few sprigs of rosemary chopped
1/4 of a tomato chopped
Spread the dressing evenly on each pita. Top with remaining ingredients and bake (yes in the toaster oven-it’s still summer!!) for about 10 minutes on 350 or until edges have a toasty tan.
